Job Description Summary
The Senior commercial Finance Manager for Women's Health is responsible for providing operational finance management and support for the $1.0B Women's Health product team. The Senior Commercial Finance Manager will serve as business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives & strategies, investment trade-offs, with an overall objective to drive global growth and profitability.

Through strong partnerships with global and regional teams, this role will provide decision support across the Women's Health value chain for capital allocation, New Product roadmap execution, pricing, variable cost productivity programs for organic margin expansion, and improving inventory turns and working capital flow.

Job Description

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

- Partner with the WH CFO, Global WH GM, and Regional WH GMs to drive financial and operating performance, including profitable growth (volume and price growth, mix/configuration incl. recurring revenue and digital offering and margin optimisation), and act as a champion for strategic initiatives across the organisation.
- Own daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly closing and forecasting processes, delivering reliable estimates from sales through contribution margin.
- Partner with global and regional commercial and finance teams to analyse drivers of funnel, orders and sales versus Budget, including sales margin (SM), average sales price (ASP), COGS/MMICV, OPI/SPI, market performance, and market share.
- Proactively track, analyse, and report New Product Introductions (NPIs) performance.
- Develop strong partnership with the Commercial, Product, Global Supply Chain and Sourcing teams to understand NPI, Price, variable cost productivity (VCP), initiatives across MMICV, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management, deflation/inflation (sourcing ) & margin enhancement initiatives and their financial impact.
- Drive profitable growth by identifying risks and opportunities, tracking key metrics, and advising the WH CFO and GM on actions, including portfolio and margin optimisation, enable growth of recurring revenue including Service and Digital
- Lead detailed and summarised reporting of performance versus Budget, including full Segment P&L view. Proactively communicate results and outlook to business leaders (DMS), with clear recommendations to close gaps to plan.
- Support business leadership in establishing WWPP, LTS (3year growth playbooks), Budget, and operating plans, and ensure disciplined financial execution.
- Deliver highquality reporting packages and presentations for monthly senior leadership operating reviews and townhalls.
- Work with Regions, ISC plants, and Sourcing to manage PSI forecasts, product endoflife, and phasein/phaseout, minimising parts obsolescence, avoiding excess inventory, and driving margin accretion.
- Provide analytical insights and lead quarterly Women's Health on Balance Sheet.
- Lead CapEx (P&E) allocation, budgeting, and monthly estimates to support growth priorities and return optimisation
- Support CFO on all Corporate and AVS FP&A / Investor Relations ad-hoc analysis or materials needed to prepare for earnings and other external presentations.
- Support the WH BD team for any inorganic growth opportunities from Joint Development Agreement to Merger & Acquisition's Due Diligence.
- Continuously develop and improve financial and management reporting processes and tools, while building deep domain expertise in customers, regions, market dynamics, competition, and growth trends.
- Drive strong operating mechanisms and continuous process improvement through Lean and Heartbeat principles.
- Champion Finance Transformation through business optimisation, AI adoption, digital enablement, and simplification.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and significant relevant financial work experience.
- Strong experience in Product and Commercial Finance would be highly preferable.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of Accounting Principles and Controllership.
- Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
- Clear thinking / problem solving successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas
- Leadership experience: successful in leading team members working in international and diverse environment. Strong in people/team development.
- Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly and proactively communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; story telling/influential skills/able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
- Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others

Desirable Skills:

- Strong knowledge of GE financial and commercial operating systems
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and a multi-cultural environment
- Experience in developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business / finance reviews.
