The Commercial Business Division plays a crucial role in understanding our customers' needs, developing long-term relationships with them, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization, and marketing and selling our integrated solutions.
Missions:
Reporting to the Region Commercial Associate Director, you will collaborate closely with our clients to propose the appropriate solutions to meet their needs. You will be responsible to ensure the promotion and the sales of products (catalysts and adsorbents) and the technologies and associated services in the countries and accounts under your responsibility.
Your main mission will be as follows:
· Prospecting and identifying opportunities in the area for Axens' integrated offer especially products sales, services and technology licensing
· Developing long-term business relationships and connections with clients at every level, ranging from process engineers to C-level executives
· Leading sales tactics
· Acting as the conductor of offers by managing internal interfaces with involved Axens departments
· Preparing commercial offers
· Negotiating contracts in coordination with the Legal Department
· Closing deals
· Maintaining a sponsor relationship with the client during contractual execution
· Maintaining an accurate forecast and a healthy prospects pipeline in the area with relevant CRM compilation and reporting
