Main Responsibilities

- Support the global R&D digital and AI strategy aiming to double the success rate of therapeutic projects and reduce timetomarket.
- Role embedded within the Digital, Data & AI (DDAI) department to accompany therapeutic areas in digital transformation.
- Ensure consistent communication and followup of the digital & AI roadmap for therapeutic projects.
- Gather needs from therapeutic areas and translate them into actionable items for the DDAI roadmap.
- Maximize the value delivered by DDAI through strategic alignment and continuous coordination.
- Support teams in adopting digital tools and contributing to transformation goals.
- Participate in strategic discussions across DDAI (data, digital, AI) and ensure alignment with therapeutic area priorities.
- Prepare and monitor project indicators, milestones, risks, and communication materials.
- Organize and animate regular governance meetings to track initiative progress.
- Facilitate collaboration between R&D teams, digital teams, and external partners.
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency and decisionmaking across R&D.
